Refund policy

All Thirty Spokes tees are printed on demand, which means that all products are unique and crafted only once an order is placed. This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, color, or simply changed your mind.

However, in case of a damaged product or a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or a refund if you contact us within 30 days of product delivery. Please get in touch with us and provide a clear photo showing the issue. To start a return, you can contact us at hello@studio51.cc.

Please note that the damaged item will need to be sent to the following address: Thirty Spokes, 23 Craig Street, Charlestown, RI 02813. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
