Refund policy

Please note that every tee is made to order just for you, which means we don’t hold piles of stock of blanks or returned tees. Because of this, we can only accept returns or issue refunds when there’s a problem with your order.

We’ll make it right if: your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing/shipping defect; we sent the wrong color or design; or the print is faulty or doesn’t meet our quality standards. Just contact us, and we’ll arrange a free replacement or refund. Please attach photos of the damaged or faulty areas. 

We can’t accept returns if: you change your mind; the size you ordered doesn’t fit; or your order arrives later than expected due to local carrier delays or circumstances outside our control. Please check our sizing and color information carefully before ordering.
